Tech innovator and automotive parts and crash repair products supplier, Partbusters, has signed a global strategic partnership agreement with Sogefi Filtration.

In a ceremony that included members of the trade press, representatives from Oxford University and both Sogefi and Partbusters, Chief Strategy Officer Haroon Hussain took the opportunity to demonstrate the company’s vison for the automotive industry as a tech innovator.

Hussain said: “We work together with our partners to bring efficiencies for the end user, innovate and future-proof their legacies and most importantly bring direct end-user engagement to the manufacturers, whilst empowering manufacturers to better perform giving them more control over their brand growth.”

The partnership also includes a commitment from both parties to engage in joint marketing activities, work on innovating data and systems, invest in 360 training, implement market and marketing strategies as well as collaborate with other strategic partners to explore potential efficiencies as well as synergies.

Partbusters also outlined its expertise in all areas of the business from manufacturing to sales to engagement and social selling as a means of moving the industry forward.

As a keen supporter of the Great Ormond Street Hospital, the event concluded with a combined donation from both Partbusters and Sogefi of £2000 to the charity.

In recent months, Partbusters has been working closely with established aftermarket specialists to ensure customers have access to the best brands in the aftermarket.

With more and more customers enquiring and placing orders through the platform, the distributor – with three sites in Newcastle, Birmingham and London – is bringing new ideas to the automotive aftermarket, all designed to create efficiencies in the business.

Hussain added: “We believe in open source innovation and bring to the automotive aftermarket new ideas that generate engagement and change.”

Partbusters works on strategic partnerships with suppliers and motor factors, which extend well beyond the supply of parts, but the creation of exclusive marketing material and information, to further promote the brands it represents.
