With less than a month to go before The Blend 2023, independent garage owners across the UK and Ireland are being urged to book tickets now before an anticipated sell-out within the coming days.

The annual conference and networking event takes place on the 7th October, 2023 at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham. Daytime proceedings will bring garage owners a choice of renowned industry speakers and a trade show, with an evening dinner and awards ceremony completing what promises to be an action-packed Saturday.

“We’re fast approaching a sell-out,” said Ray Dilsons, managing director at Garage Hive, organisers of the annual conference. “The message for anyone yet to book tickets is to do so now to avoid disappointment.”

The one-day event will shine the spotlight onto a variety of garage topics including business operations, challenges and opportunities presented by the likes of Matt Cleevely of Cleevely EV, Tim Benson of Oldfields Garage, and Tom Cockings of Robert Cockings Motor Repair.

Andy Crook of Got Boost and John Batten of Auto IQ will be on-hand to cover business operations, with Jennifer Webb of HR Vitals, Prashant Chopra of Autogem, Mandla Ndhlovu of Autotech Training, Mark Strain of GSF Car Parts, and Andy Hamilton of LKQ Euro Car Parts completing the list of guest speakers. Garage Hive’s very own Alex Lindley will also be revealing the very latest data from Garage Industry Trends.

“The aim is to provide garage owners and managers with practical ideas and strategies that they can implement to improve their business,” said Ray. “We’ll also be celebrating the achievements of independent garages on the evening over great food and drink, in the company of friends and colleagues.”

After covering costs, the not-for-profit event will donate any additional proceeds to automotive industry charity, Ben.

All independent garages from the UK and Ireland are encouraged to attend. Tickets are available to book online at: https://www.theblend.events/tickets
