Less than a year after launching its innovative human resource packages for small and medium sized businesses, In-House HR has initiated a free-of-charge ‘Perks at Work’ programme offering premium discounts on well-known brands to those using the platform.

The brainchild of 21-year-old entrepreneur John Moody, In-House HR is a bespoke online platform for all HR and employee management needs. The subscription-based model has been developed to provide instant support to repairers who do not have the resources available to employ a full-time HR professional. In-House HR provides the tools and guidance to enable businesses to comply with the ever-growing legal demands such as GDPR by securely storing employee records online.

Now, the one-stop HR platform incorporates Perks at Work, giving employees access to over 30,000 national and local employee discounts with over 20 different product categories including cinema tickets and hotel stays. In Q4 2021, the five most popular Perks at Work merchants for IHHR customers were:

  • Samsung
  • Apple
  • Currys PC World
  • Tesco
  • Argos

With In-House HR launching in the collision repair industry, these employee benefits were enjoyed by Fix Auto UK, the country’s largest network of independently-owned repair centres.

Ian Pugh, Managing Director of Fix Auto UK, said: “We’re delighted with the In-House HR system and John has designed some important functionality specifically for our needs and the needs of our Franchise Partners. The Perks at Work scheme is a bonus our network has access to that is a great addition to the platform.”

John Moody, Managing Director of In-House HR, said: “Perks at Work is available free-of-charge with any IHHR product. The number of users grows every month, but December saw our biggest increase yet. With offers like up to 25 per cent off at Samsung and up to 10 per cent discount at Apple, it’s a fantastic employee benefit for our clients. Now, for a healthy start to the new year, there’s attractive offers on Peloton, the world-renowned home fitness provider, and HelloFresh, the home food and recipe delivery service.”
