eBay, the number one online marketplace for vehicle parts and accessories in the UK, has launched Easy and Free Returns to give customers greater confidence when buying eligible new parts online.
Designed to support vehicle repairs, maintenance and upgrades, the new programme applies to eligible new parts and accessories purchases priced over £10*. Orders will be able to be refunded at no additional cost to the buyer as long as they are returned within 30 days after delivery.
With free return labels, scheduled pick-ups and convenient drop-off options, Easy and Free Returns gives customers more confidence and flexibility when shopping for eligible parts and accessories. Easy and Free Returns is now live on eBay, with full rollout to all eligible listings expected to be complete by July.

Easy and Free Returns supplements eBay Assured Fit, which provides additional protection for eligible fitment-related purchases. Together with My Garage, these tools help customers buy the right vehicle parts and accessories with greater confidence.
