The CitNOW Group is growing its international footprint with the acquisition of Quik, an integrated dealership software company based in North America. Continuing its recent period of growth globally, the CitNOW Group has also bought Reef Business Systems, a leading provider of showroom and dealer management software in the UK.

These latest acquisitions are part of the CitNOW Group’s strategy to expand the reach of its products throughout the customer journey. Its ambition is to transform how the automotive retail world communicates, using innovative digital services to improve dealer-to-customer sales and service support.

Reef Business Systems, which includes powerful Enquiry Manager and Showroom modules in its product line-up, will sit under Dealerweb in the CitNOW Group portfolio.

“We are excited about the prospect of joining forces with Dealerweb and becoming a key part of the CitNOW Group’s expanding portfolio,” said Jamie Pearson, Managing Director of Reef Business Systems. “We look forward to working together to develop new software products that continue to improve the customer experience throughout the automotive retail journey.”

As part of the acquisition, Pearson joins the senior management team of Dealerweb, whilst fellow Director Garry Cuthbert will continue to advise both businesses to ensure the company’s outstanding client experience is maintained.

Commenting on the deal, James Hill, Managing Director of Dealerweb, said: “Reef Business Systems has a fantastic reputation and a client base that we’re looking forward to welcoming into the Dealerweb family. The appointment of Jamie into our senior management team is particularly exciting as he brings a wealth of industry know-how and software application design experience, further underlining our commitment to providing best-in-class sales and enquiry management solutions.”

The CitNOW Group is continuing to grow its presence in North America, with the acquisition of Quik. The company provides an end-to-end software solution for digital multi-point inspections, video, parts-pricing and availability, customer communications, and online payment options, that fully integrates with existing dealership management systems. Aligning with CitNOW, its software platform is designed to create more honest, open and transparent relationships between dealers and customers.
