TOTAL UK has launched a new website www.total.co.uk/ with improved features and functionality.
The core objectives for the new site were for it to be more customer centric, solution and mobile orientated.
Utilising responsive design, the site adapts to whatever device it is being viewed on, while the content has been restructured, making it easier for visitors to find what they are looking for.
Two enhanced functions of the new site are ‘Find my Product’, a new and improved catalogue to help customers understand more about TOTAL’s products, and ‘Which oil do I need?’, an online tool ‘Lub Advisor’ to help customers identify the correct lubricants for any kind of vehicle through an extensive database covering almost all the major vehicle manufacturers.

The site, which has been designed to illustrate TOTAL’s commitment to products and added value services, also links through to TOTAL’s recently-launched TOTAL Truck Solutions (TTS) portal. TTS enables hauliers, and fleet and maintenance managers to stay ahead of the game in terms of optimising their fleet efficiency and performance by providing a range of features such as a fleet savings calculator, the latest industry news, traffic updates, toll information, AS24 fuel cards and oil analysis.
A comprehensive FAQ section containing answers to questions, allows the quick resolution of many queries on topics such as oil changes, brake fluids and also covers a range of ‘Can I?’ and ‘How to?’ questions and answers, enabling customers to self-serve through the portal.
A news section, along with a quick links providing direct access to TOTAL’s distributor portals, Doconline, Lubadvisor and product catalogue are also only a single click away.
The easy-to-navigate site covers TOTAL’s entire range of automotive and other lubricants and is organised by division across: automotive, industrial, bitumen, aviation, solvents, special fluids, and commercial fuels.
The ‘Our Products’ and ‘Business Solutions’ tabs provide more information about what TOTAL does within each sector, and the product pages are tailored to each industry.
