- RTC Aftersales to be seamlessly integrated with CDK’s flagship DMS
Automotive digitalisation specialist RTC Automotive Solutions will soon offer seamless integration with CDK’s Autoline Drive Dealer Management System (DMS), thanks to its imminent CDK International Partner Programme accreditation.
When the process is complete, RTC’s full set of digital aftersales solutions will be fully integrated with Autoline Drive, giving all users a seamless connection between the systems. This will allow CDK customers to benefit from the same integration with RTC that users of their Autoline Revision 8 have had for many years. The integration will also be strengthened for existing users.
The two platforms will automatically and securely share data, saving dealers’ time and giving them greater ability to offer customers a complete digital journey across aftersales.
RTC says it is in the final stages of development and testing, meaning this new level of functionality is expected to be available in Q1 2021.
CDK launched the Partner Programme in 2018 as part of an initiative to connect specialist technical companies in the automotive aftermarket. Partners are given the tools to connect to CDK’s DMS, allowing them to enhance the functionality of their products, uncover new business opportunities, and share and manage data seamlessly. Ultimately, the Programme is designed to deliver downstream benefits for dealerships by scaling up the technology available to them in the showroom, workshop, parts departments and back-office systems.
RTC first enrolled on the programme in March 2020, after a long integration capability with CDK. RTC joined the Partner Programme as they wanted to make the connection even more seamless and create opportunities for a wider customer base.
