Steeda, the world’s largest privately-owned Ford performance-based specialist, will debut its turnkey 2018 Q500 Enforcer at the Performance Car Show in January. The Q500 Enforcer is the first GT V8-based turnkey car from its famed SSV (Steeda Serialised Vehicle) range to be available in the UK.

Drawing on nearly thirty years of improving Mustangs for road and track, the Q500 Enforcer will feature a range of performance-focussed engine, chassis and subtle styling changes. Among the significant  variations are a revised air intake and custom exhaust, fully adjustable suspension and chassis upgrades comprising bespoke anti-roll bars, springs and bushes. In keeping with Steeda’s approach to create a refined, ‘factory-plus’ car, Steeda’s styling updates are discrete both inside and out. Highlights include a custom splitter, rear ducktail spoiler, sill finishers and 20” Velgen wheel rims. Full details of all of the comprehensive upgrades will be announced at The Performance Car Show on January 11th.

Although Steeda is relatively unknown in Europe, in the US, where its production-based cars have won more championships and races than all its competitors combined, Steeda is one of the most renowned Ford specialists offering a range of its own road and race parts for Fords including Fiesta, Focus and Mondeo models.

“In the US, Steeda is a renowned and trusted developer of performance Ford cars and parts, with over 4000 products in its catalogue,” says Robbie Kazandjian, director of Steeda UK. “It has a 35-acre centre with its own test track, skid pan and brake test area and is committed to provide the very best in high performance vehicles, parts and accessories to Ford owners. We look forward to surprising a few people with a brand that amazingly, given our history in the US, they may not yet have heard of until now.”

Alongside the Q500 Enforcer, Steeda will also highlight its range of performance parts now on sale in the UK for the Ford Fiesta, Mondeo, Focus including RS and Mustang alongside a selection of the latest forged wheels from its official partner Velgen at Stand 19242.
