Eurorepar Car Service centres have reported an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the network’s Drive Now Pay Later initiative. The scheme, which was launched in April, is aimed at ensuring that drivers who are struggling financially are still able to keep their vehicles in safe working order.

Drive Now Pay Later allows customers to spread service and repair bills of more than £50 across four equal payments. This flexibility means that vital repair work, which might otherwise have been delayed or cancelled, can be carried out at the right time.

Setting up the payment plan is a quick and simple process that can be done on the same day that a vehicle is repaired, and Eurorepar Car Service centres are making sure that all customers are aware of the facility. So far, the initiative has been met with widespread approval from customers, with Eurorepar sites across the UK reporting that the solution is making a real difference to getting drivers safely back on the road.

Adrian Mossop, Head of Network & Business Development at Eurorepar Car Service, said, “The Drive Now Pay Later initiative is a great example of the customer-centric approach at the heart of the Eurorepar network. The COVID-19 crisis has left many households struggling to keep on top of their finances, but people need to get back on the road for work and leisure. With Drive Now Pay Later, we are giving people the peace of mind that their vehicle is in a safe state of repair, while affording them the flexibility to pay their bill over a manageable period.”

Drive Now Pay Later complements the important measures already in place at Eurorepar Car Service centres across the UK. Throughout the pandemic, centres have looked at new ways to keep their customers, and their vehicles, safe and on the road. This has included the implementation of stringent social distancing and hygiene protocols, as well as alternative opening hours and staffing regimes.
