Autoglass®, the UK’s leading vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration specialist, has announced a new three and a half-year contract with Ageas, one of the largest car insurers in the UK.
The new partnership which went live on November 1st will see Autoglass® offer its glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Ageas customers across the country.
A key factor in Autoglass® being awarded the contract is the company’s forward-thinking approach to the customer journey and digitalisation. In order to keep up to date with evolving consumer needs, Autoglass® has built its customer journey stages around customer activities, giving customers not only the ability to book a service seamlessly but to also interact with them through digital channels.
Autoglass® was also chosen as the preferred supplier due to its market leading Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration proposition, which is already compliant with the new Insurance Industry Requirements (IIR) set out by Thatcham Research.
